Job Title: Property Asset Manager

Role: As a Property Asset Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of properties in a town council setting. This includes ensuring that all repair and routine maintenance works are carried out properly and completed satisfactorily.

  • Provide supervision to ensure contractors perform tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Schedule and execute breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Perform regular inspections of common property areas and enforce standards for maintenance.
  • Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and recommend necessary works.

Requirements: A Diploma in Facilities Management Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, or Engineering is required. Additionally, a minimum of one year of relevant experience is necessary. ITE graduates with relevant township experience may also be considered.
