**Key Responsibilities**
- Project management for timely delivery of the SIA Hub project
- Oversee the procurement process of the new SIA Hub including feasibility studies, sourcing, negotiation, transaction management and transition of ownership.
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and project deliverables.
- Review submissions and prepare evaluation report to management.
- Asset management
- Determine tenant mix and sourcing of reputable tenants.
- Implement asset enhancement initiatives to ensure building remains competitiveness and attractive to tenants.
- Tenant management & Lease administration
- Day to day tenant management.
- Initiate lease renewal.
- Liaising with authorities on matter relating to property tax, land use, building regulations etc.
- working with stakeholders on upgrading, maintenance and management of buildings.
- Properties Management
- Review market condition and initiate measures to maximise returns for properties.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a University Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Real Estate (Estate Management)
- Registered valuer or accreditation under the Real Estate Professional Association.
- Knowledge in corporate real estate transaction, familiar with valuation principles and cash flow modelling.
- Experience in managing tenants and real estate consultants.
- Good aptitude for figures, analytical and resourcefulness
- Good negotiation skills, customer-oriented and service-minded.
