Job Title: Property Asset Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Asset Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our property assets, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standard and generating maximum returns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience in lease administration, financial transactions, and database management. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and possess excellent communication and written skills.

As a Property Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the leasing process, including preparing and reviewing lease agreements
  • Coordinating with tenants, lawyers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution and return of tenancy documents
  • Monitoring lease expirations and renewal opportunities
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted
  • Tracking and ensuring timely follow-up of financial transactions such as lease payments and refunds

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Building Estate Management, Business Administration, or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Meticulous, diligent, team player, independent, and process-oriented
  • Able to thrive under time pressures and challenges

Additional Information:

  • Location: Macpherson
  • Working Hours: 5 days a week (9am-6pm)
