Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Property Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our properties through strategic planning and implementation.

Your primary focus will be on formulating and developing strategies for asset positioning and increasing net property income. This will involve improving revenue management and revenue-generating capabilities of the properties managed, as well as managing operating and capital expenses and profit/loss statements.

You will also be responsible for overseeing all asset-related matters, including negotiation and execution of leases, head lease renewal, property tax, credit control, etc.

In addition, you will engage with authorities on regulatory issues such as tenant requirements, change of use applications, and land betterment charge.

Customer relationship management is another critical aspect of this role, including maintaining tenant contact with major tenants and working through solutions to meet requests.

You will be expected to formulate existing policies and practices to improve efficiency and achieve desired results for assets managed, including annual budget and annual asset plan for new financial year.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, preferably with experience managing office or industrial assets
  • Familiarity with real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and asset management
