Job Title: Property Asset Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Asset Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties, including industrial, commercial and residential units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing properties, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, including rent collection, property maintenance, and customer service.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including developing marketing strategies and executing campaigns to promote properties.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, such as lease renewals, tenant relations, and record-keeping.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all properties are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
