Job Description

The Inclusive Learning Coordinator will be responsible for building and leading a new, high-impact inclusive learning program. The program aims to support children with mild special needs in an integrated after-school environment.

The role requires exceptional patience, love, and care, as well as strong communication and coordination skills. A background in social work, pastoral care, or special needs education is highly preferred.

  • Act as the primary liaison for families, building deep, trusting relationships and providing regular communication on their child's progress.
  • Work alongside the team to implement and execute individualized support plans (ISPs).
  • Lead small-group, specialized sessions designed to build confidence and address specific learning needs.
  • Coordinate with a network of educational therapists to provide seamless, integrated support.
  • Guide existing after-school care teachers on best practices for creating a truly inclusive classroom environment.
  • Champion a culture of empathy, patience, and celebration of every child's unique strengths.

Required Skills and Qualifications
