Learning Programs Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and execute learning programs that align with our organization's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, risk management, and change advocacy.

The successful candidate will design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of learning programs that drive behavior change and cultural transformation. This includes developing strategic curriculum, collaborating with stakeholders, and leveraging data analytics to inform program improvements.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Develop core content focused on risk culture and behavioral expectations.">
    • Create scenario-based learning modules that simulate real-world incidents.">
    • Design awareness training programs to promote risk appetite and governance best practices.">

  • Digital & Campaign Management:">
    • ">
    • Leverage digital platforms to deploy learning content at scale.">
    • Develop marketing campaigns to reinforce key learnings and promote desired behaviors.">
    • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize platform performance.">

  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement:">
    • ">
    • Track adoption, knowledge retention, and behavior change metrics.">
    • Solicit learner feedback and conduct periodic content audits.">
    • Refine modules iteratively to stay aligned with evolving priorities.">

  • Qualifications & Experience:">
    • ">
    • 10+ years in corporate Learning & Development or equivalent.">
    • Proven track record designing and scaling adult learning programs.">
    • Strong understanding of risk frameworks and change management best practices.">
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with senior leaders.">
    • Good working knowledge of digital learning tools and platforms.">
    • Aptitude for applied behavioral science would be an advantage.">
