Program Manager Opportunity

About the Role
The ideal candidate will oversee and manage a portfolio of learning programs to enhance employee experience and drive business outcomes. This includes developing program strategies, managing vendors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality program delivery
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to identify training needs and design solutions
• Use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform future decisions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or related field; minimum 12 years of relevant experience
Master's degree or equivalent; 10 years of previous related HR experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR leadership or relevant consulting experience
Minimum 3 years of people management experience
Fluent Japanese and English required
