Bachelor’s degree inFinance ,Business , or a related field.
Fluency inMandarinis essential, both written and spoken, as you will need to preparecredit papersand communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.
Proven track record in managingcredit portfolios , assessing financials, and preparing in-depth financial analyses.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, andrelationship managementskills to build long-lasting client partnerships.
