This is an excellent opportunity to join our team in a luxury boutique hotel group in Singapore.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work with four hotels that are franchised under Marriott International, the world's largest and most prestigious hotel company.

Job Responsibilities:

Front Office Duties:

  • Process guest check-ins and room assignments according to hotel rate structures, discounts, sell/upsell strategies, and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  • Provide assistance with luggage, safety boxes, additional guest room keys, transportation, and other requirements.
  • Collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing, and accounting policies and procedures.
  • Answer inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, attractions, and other topics.

Night Audit and Reporting:

  • Perform night audits during midnight shifts and prepare necessary reports.

Loyalty Membership and Guest Relations:

  • Handle loyalty membership enquiries, including management of 'Preferred', 'Gold', and 'Platinum' members.
  • Maintain professional communication with guests and associates.

Team Management:

  • Manage the Front Office Team, including rostering, appraisals, disciplinary actions, and other tasks as requested by management.
