Front Office Internship Opportunity. We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Front Office Intern to join our team in this luxury hospitality environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in guest services and hotel operations, providing valuable exposure to the daily functions of a front office department.

About the Role:
This role provides an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and skills in guest relations, professional communication, hotel front office systems, problem-solving, and coordination between hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. As a Front Office Intern, you will assist in welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures. You will handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, using your strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment processing.
  • Support in lobby management, guest engagement, and promoting hotel services.
