Lead Creative Director for Luxury Hospitality

The role of a Lead Creative Director for Luxury Hospitality involves overseeing the creative direction and design operations across Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong international portfolio, deep understanding of luxury aesthetics, and successful experience in delivering high-end hospitality projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide overarching creative direction and uphold global design standards across all regional projects.
  • Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with our brand values.
  • Cultivate relationships with high-profile hospitality clients and industry partners.
  • Built, mentor, and lead a team of designers to deliver exceptional results.
  • Present our designs to stakeholders and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in luxury interior design, including 5+ years in a senior leadership or project management role.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-end hospitality interiors for international brands.
  • A strong portfolio featuring built projects in Asia and/or global gateway cities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage clients and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with the Asian supplier and materials ecosystem.
  • Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
