Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our building. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the property, including maintenance, administration, and financial management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct regular inspections with management teams and contractors to maintain and improve common property.
    • Prepare agendas and minutes for council meetings and annual general meetings.
    • Manage administrative tasks, including updating authorized signatories and executing contracts and insurance renewals.
    • Receive and respond to resident and owner complaints regarding common property.
    • Assist with project work, including tendering and contractor selection.
    • Supervise project work in common areas and schedule testing for relevant building certificates and licenses.
    • Manage and motivate the management team.
    • Oversee upkeep activities and ensure maintenance functions are carried out to a high standard.
    • Lead client relationships and manage day-to-day building operations.
    • Supervise and coordinate maintenance and administrative staff.
    • Carry out maintenance functions to the highest standard for clients and subsidiary proprietors.
    • Lead a team providing maintenance, security, administrative, and car park management services.
    • Ensure contract work and routine services are carried out as specified.
    • Review contracts, agreements, and insurance before expiry and recommend renewal or quotation.
    • Coordinate council and annual general meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Qualifications:
    • Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, and equivalent qualifications.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
    • Mature and outgoing personality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
