
Building Administrator

The Property Officer plays a vital role in the effective management of buildings and facilities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate building trade and site staff rostering duties.
Manage building and M&E equipment maintenance programs.
Liaise with government authorities, architects, engineers, and other divisions on matters related to building management and maintenance.
Prepare estimates for repair works, work specifications, and quotations.
Supervise completed works and draft contract documents.
Regularly review contract specifications and make recommendations for upgrading.
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, equipment, public walkways, and external facades.
Check for encroachment of common properties and address issues promptly.
Build good rapport with tenants/occupiers and attend to their feedback and enquiries.
Prepare minutes of meetings and handle emergency situations in the building.
Perform any other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum O levels with at least 2 years of experience in Building / Facilities / Property Management.
Fresh graduate with Nitec/Diploma in Building/Facilities/Property Management/Engineering or relevant courses welcomed to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with landlords/tenants.
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and clients.
Positive learning attitude, meticulous, and a good team player.
Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work 5.5 days a week.
