Residential Property Administrator
Job Description:This role involves supporting the asset manager in coordinating all aspects of a portfolio. It is part of the property management function and involves operating buildings on behalf of clients or groups.
Key responsibilities include confirming compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and contractual obligations, conducting regular inspections of common areas, equipment, public walkways, and external facades, recommending and approving alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
The role also involves responding to escalated resident needs, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner, creating and maintaining good rapport with residents and council members, responding to feedback through various platforms, and having a broad knowledge of the job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Diploma/bachelor's degree preferred with at least 3 years of relevant experience in residential/condominium/strata management
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
