**Property Management Professional Role Summary ">

As a Property Officer, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration and coordination of all building trade and site staff. Your duties will include managing rosters efficiently, overseeing building and M&E equipment maintenance programs, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the work of various building trade and site staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Oversee the maintenance program for buildings and M&E equipment, working closely with relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with government authorities, architects, engineers, and other divisions on matters related to building management and maintenance.
  • Prepare estimates for repair works, work specifications, invitations for quotations, recommend award winners, supervise completed works, and draft contract documents.
  • Conduct regular reviews of contract specifications such as cleaning, security, landscaping etc., with recommendations for upgrading made when necessary.
  • Frequent inspections are carried out of all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade, etc.
  • Regularly check common property encroachment and take action accordingly.
  • Maintain good rapport with tenants/occupiers, addressing their feedbacks and enquiries promptly.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and attend to emergency situations in the Building as required.
  • Carry out other duties assigned from time to time.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A minimum O levels qualification with at least 2 years of experience in Building / Facilities / Property Management is required.
  • Fresh graduates with Nitec / Diploma in Building / Facilities / Property Management / Engineering and other relevant courses are welcome to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary to front and liaise with landlords/tenants at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are needed to build good relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • A positive learning attitude, meticulousness, and a good team player are essential.
  • Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office is necessary.
  • An open-minded attitude towards working 5.5 days per week is desirable.
