Director of Client Success

About The Role – Director Of Client Success
In this role, you'll focus on leading clear, values-based conversations with individuals exploring our programs. You'll guide prospective clients through a consultative process, helping them align with transformative solutions that match their aspirations.
This position operates entirely on a performance-based model. It's designed for professionals who take initiative, value meaningful outcomes, and are energized by the opportunity to shape their trajectory through consistent engagement.
What You'll Do
Initiate and develop authentic engagements with prospective clients across digital platforms
Guide aligned individuals through a clear, respectful decision-making process
Manage outreach and scheduling using tools like CRM systems, video conferencing, and online calendars
Collaborate weekly with a team of experienced professionals to exchange insights and strategies
Track activity and results while continuously refining your approach
Participate in ongoing learning, training, and mentorship sessions
Execute digital outreach campaigns (training provided—no prior experience required)
What You Bring
5+ years in client success, relationship management, sales, or advisory roles Outstanding communication and listening skills, with a professional and compassionate approach
Comfort operating independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with (or willingness to quickly learn) tools like Zoom, HubSpot, and online scheduling platforms
A passion for growth—both your own and others'—and the discipline to support it consistently
Interest in digital communications and a willingness to explore new strategies
