Job Title

A senior commercial professional is required to oversee the Commercial team, ensuring effective management of contracts and tenders. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tendering, RFQs, and contract negotiations.

  • To manage and coordinate commercial activities, including preparing and attending KPI reports, monthly HOD reports, and monthly Commercial reports.
  • To review and update commercial SOPs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To assist the CEO in selecting incoming RFQs and assigning them to the Commercial team.
  • To assist the Commercial team on tender processes, including negotiating settlements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • To build relationships with clients and establish new contacts, promoting business growth and development.
  • To attend daily and weekly Commercial meetings, providing updates and insights on commercial activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, quantity surveying, or a related field.
  • Certifications related to contract management, procurement, or project management (e.g., MRICS, PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in commercial management, contracts, or procurement, with a strong background in tendering, RFQs, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience in compliance, financial reporting, and ERP systems, with leadership experience in managing commercial teams.
