At Brandwatch our Market Development team is crucial for qualifying and converting inbound leads, driving opportunity generation, and contributing to the team’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification & Conversion:
Qualify and convert inbound (no outbound) leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), with a primary focus on opportunity generation.
Maintain an appropriate balance between lead qualification rates and the conversion of AQLs (Accepted Qualified Leads) into sales opportunities.
Outreach & Engagement:
Conduct inbound outreach via calls and emails to contacts from AQLs, including those from profiled forms, inbound demo requests, and BDR (Business Development Representative)-provided contacts.
Outreach volume will be contingent on the number of accounts and leads generated by marketing efforts, absolutely no cold calling necessary.
Web Chat Management:
Handle and manage conversations on our web chat platform (Drift) to generate new business opportunities and assist in the qualification of incoming leads.
Manage marketing-related leads from conferences, webinars, and other marketing-driven events, ensuring proper follow-up and opportunity conversion.
Time & Performance Management:
Efficiently manage time and daily activities to meet individual and team goals.
Ensure monthly and quarterly performance targets are achieved through proactive effort and dedication.
What You Will Need:
Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.
Contribute to both individual and team performance metrics.
Lead Conversion Expertise:
Demonstrated success in converting marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities, contributing to the team’s Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) target.
Experience with Salesforce, understanding CRM processes, and maintaining accurate lead tracking and reporting.
Product & Use Case Knowledge:
Strong understanding of product offerings and ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
