We are looking for a Design and Experience Manager who can bring together design, branding, marketing, operations, maintenance, and guest relations in one inspiring role. This is a rare opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and hospitality, with the ability to design meaningful spaces, shape a brand identity, oversee seamless operations, and create unforgettable guest experiences.You will be both a hands-on creative and a thoughtful operator, ensuring our venues are beautifully designed, well-maintained, and alive with a spirit of welcome and connection.Key Responsibilities Design and Interior Design Imagine and deliver interior design projects that capture and elevate the brand ethos Develop spatial layouts, renderings, and mood boards using SketchUp Create design presentations, signage, and visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator Collaborate with contractors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery Branding and Marketing Strengthen and protect the brand identity across every touchpoint Lead marketing campaigns, social media storytelling, and community engagement Create photography, videography, and content that connects deeply with our audience Operations and Maintenance Participate in daily operations to ensure a seamless guest and team experience Manage repairs, maintenance, and upkeep to keep every detail of the space safe, functional, and welcoming Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to maintain high standards Continuously review workflows and implement improvements for efficiency and excellence Guest Relations Be a host and brand ambassador, creating genuine connections with guests and partners Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with warmth and professionalism Use CRM tools and guest feedback to craft personalised experiences and lasting loyalty Skills and Qualities Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator Experience in design, branding, or marketing, ideally within hospitality or lifestyle industries Knowledge of hospitality operations, facilities, and vendor management Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural sense of hospitality Project management ability with a balance of creativity and precision Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to inspire and lead others What We Offer An aspirational role at the heart of creativity and hospitality The chance to shape both the physical spaces and the brand identity of a growing company Opportunities for personal and professional growth in design, leadership, and operations A supportive and collaborative environment where ideas become reality
