Junior Experience Designer

**About the Role**

We are a multidisciplinary experience design studio working with
global brands to craft meaningful, immersive experiences across
environments, communications, behaviours, and strategic thinking.
We are looking for a **_Junior Experience Designer _**who is passionate
about shaping physical spaces and environments—someone with a
background in architecture or interior design who is eager to
contribute to the development of impactful experiences.
As a Junior Experience Designer specialising in environmental and
physical space design, you’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic
team that brings together spatial, strategic, and visual disciplines.
This role is ideal for a designer with 0—3 years of professional
experience who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and is
excited to work on a diverse range of projects—from retail
environments and branded installations to hospitality, financial,
automotive and workplace experiences.

**Responsibilities**

**1. Concept & Creative Development**
- Translate briefs and brand strategies into innovative spatial
design concepts;
- Support ideation with research, trend analysis, and insight
gathering;
- Create mood boards, sketches, storyboards, and experience
narratives;Assist in defining spatial storytelling and experiential design language.

**2. Spatial Design Execution**
- Contribute to the design of physical environments across retail,
workplace, hospitality and experiential spaces;
- Support the creation of layouts, fixture designs, and spatial
zoning;
- Participate in material, finish, and lighting studies to support
spatial intent;
- Assist in producing technical drawings, 3D models, renders and
visualisations.

**3. Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Work closely with the Studio Director, senior designers, and
peers across disciplines;
- Collaborate with strategists, communication designers,
architects, and digital designers to ensure holistic outputs;
- Be open to direction, feedback, and iteration within a
collaborative studio environment.

**4. Communication & Presentation**
- Prepare compelling visual presentations for internal and client
reviews;
- Clearly articulate design rationale and spatial intent;
- Present design concepts internally to project leadership and
support external client presentations as needed;
- Help document design process and decision-making across
project phases.

**5. Project Support & Professional Growth**
- Meet project milestones and deadlines consistently;
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to
learn;
- Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and technology
relevant to experiential environments.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related spatial design discipline;
- Strong conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving abilities,
interest in branding, storytelling through space and user
- centered design;
- Proficient in design tools including **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino,**
**Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite**(InDesign, Photoshop,
Illustrator, Premiere Pro);
- Ability to communicate ideas through various media such as
hand sketches, 3D modelling, renderings, diagrams and visual
collages;
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with an eye for
storytelling and detail;
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within
multidisciplinary teams;
- A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for human-centered
and experience-driven design;
- Exposure to or experience with integrated brand, digital, or
strategic design projects is a plus.
