About the role

We’re looking for a junior designer/designer based in our Singapore studio who can work on the full spectrum of creative projects – visual identity, packaging, campaigns, activations, brand guardianship and more.

About you

You will already have worked in a similar role for around 1–5 years, with a range of brand design experience for clients in the APAC region, and your portfolio will be full of inspiring examples of your work across multiple touchpoints – from visual identities to packaging and everything in between. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and impeccable crafting skills, but equally important to us is a designer who can confidently express their ideas through words. Presenting and discussing work within the team and with our clients.

Work model

At Design Bridge and Partners, we believe that being together in person drives stronger collaboration, sparks creativity, and builds deeper connections, all of which contribute to your professional growth and the exceptional work we deliver for our clients. We operate a hybrid model, with employees working a minimum of four days per week from the office, including at least two Fridays a month. Our managers will discuss specific in-office requirements based on the role.
