2) With projects ranging in scope, media channel, and audience, designers must be equipped to manage multiple requirements and deadlines

4) As communication is an important part of the job, as designers work with both management and clients to formulate campaigns that meet specific objectives

5) The professional opinion of a designer is highly sought after during the construction of campaigns, so the confidence to guide people effectively is often required.

**_Objectives of this role _**

1) Design 2D and 3D visual concepts using appropriate tools, media, and/or technologies

2) Incorporate relevant branding, marketing, and communication strategies in designs

3) Complete design projects on time and within the designated budget

**_Responsibilities _**

1) Communicate design concepts and pitches to relevant stakeholders

2) Collaborate with creative teams for cohesive deliverables

3) Time-manage multiple projects and keep stakeholders updated on progress

4) Consistently deliver creative solutions for visually based problems or needs

5) From time-to-time, designers may be required to work irregular hours, so there’s a need to be flexible to get the very best out of their job.

**_Required skills and qualifications _**

1) Portfolio of high-quality professional work and project sampleS

2) Mastery of foundational design concepts and visual principles

3) Proficiency with the techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for outstanding design work

4) Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines and stress

5) The ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts

**_Preferred skills and qualifications _**

1) Diploma and above in design or art-related field with strong written and verbal communication skills

2) Three or more years of experience in a design role and confidence to be bold with their work

3) Ability to communicate with site personnel and relevant parties on the design aspects & perspectives and the ability to meet deadlines

4) Full and fluent knowledge or certificates of current design tools, trainings in relevant software programs; AutoCad, Photoshop, 2D and 3D related softwares
