As the Category Growth and Marketing Lead for the Meat Category at Zepto, located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you will be responsible for driving growth and marketing strategies to propel the Zepto Meat business to new heights. By leveraging your understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics, you will craft impactful strategies that drive rapid growth while keeping a keen eye on long-term goals and short-term results.In your role, you will lead marketing initiatives that resonate with customers, elevate the brand, and foster customer obsession. Collaborating with the central marketing team, you will execute multi-channel campaigns spanning performance, content, social media, and in-app merchandising, effectively translating product value into compelling narratives that drive emotional connections and conversions.Data will be your guiding light as you monitor category performance, analyze consumer patterns, and assess campaign effectiveness to optimize outcomes continually. By identifying untapped opportunities and conducting rapid experiments, you will drive innovation and unlock new growth avenues, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within your portfolio.Being the voice of the consumer, you will champion solutions that address genuine needs and enhance brand loyalty through retention strategies and lifecycle initiatives. Through insights gathered from NPS, reviews, and feedback loops, you will refine the customer experience to drive increased engagement and brand affinity.Your role will also involve close collaboration with various teams, including buying, planning, and central functions, to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies. By aligning stakeholders across merchandising, operations, and supply chain, you will create a cohesive go-to-market engine, resolving challenges with agility and teamwork.As the owner of the category's growth marketing efforts, you will be accountable for the P&L, making strategic budget allocations to maximize ROI. Monitoring key performance indicators closely, you will drive timely adjustments to achieve financial goals efficiently.To excel in this role, you should bring at least 6 years of experience in category or growth roles, with a minimum of 3 years in growth hacking and scaling early-stage businesses. Your expertise in digital marketing, performance channels, and in-app merchandising, coupled with strong analytical skills and a consumer-centric mindset, will be instrumental in driving success.
