**Location**:Novena Square, SG, SG- As the cornerstone of sustainable profitability for both Client and DKSH, the team ensures that we have solid business foundation, delivers superior client Experience, carves out strategic partnerships and drives the overall Client eco-system.- The Category Analyst supports the growth of Business Unit FMCG Topline performance through a category-based approach.- The Category Analyst is responsible for understanding, analyzing, and extracting key insights and intelligence for specific FMCG categories. The Analyst will work closely with the Client Director to ensure that they have all the proper information to deliver a high-quality client experience.**General Responsibilities**
- Support Business Unit FMCG NSV growth strategies to achieve short
- and long-term business objectives,
- Capture external quantitative and qualitative market data, gather knowledge on Industry, Shopper and Consumer trends and analyse Business Unit FMCG sales data,
- Develop deep knowledge about category, competitors to create category-based hypothesis adjusted for market dynamics and to identify trends and opportunities in the category,
- Simplify complex data sets across markets to develop a coherent way to review data for insights,
- Prepare reports and presentations that communicate findings to the Client Director and other stakeholders,
- Act as consultants to share internally and externally these category-based insights to improve identified Strategic Clients performance and guide market execution,
- Support Strategic Client Annual Business plan process, bringing to life our development and growth mindset to enhance client journey with DKSH

**Job Requirements**
- Strong analytical and research skills with an understanding of the FMCG business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 2+ years' experience as an Analyst. Especially for Quanti and Quali companies (Kantar, Euromonitor, Nielsen IQ )
