Finance Analyst (Worldwide Personal Systems Category)
Description -
What a Finance Analyst (Worldwide Personal Systems Category) does at HP:
Collaborate with business units to understand financial needs and performance drivers.
Assist in cost allocation for budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist in analyzing and monitoring product and operational costs across business units.
Participate in ad hoc projects such as cost optimization, financial modeling, or system improvements.
Provide data-driven insights to inform pricing and operational decisions.
Support the preparation of cost models, pricing scenarios, and margin analysis.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Typically 0-1 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Self-starter attitude, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to interpret and communicate financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP or BI tools is a plus.
