**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join Arta. As the first Data Analyst to be hired at Arta, you will play a crucial role in extracting insights from data, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes, and supporting the overall success of our fintech products.

**What You Will Do**:

- Data Analysis:

- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial datasets.
- Assist in creating reports and dashboards for key stakeholders to facilitate decision-making.
- Conduct statistical analysis to derive meaningful insights and support business objectives.
- Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to understand data requirements and provide analytical support.
- Data Visualization:

- Create visually compelling charts and graphs to effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL or Python
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You will be expected to work at our Singapore office at least 3 times per week.
