As we expand our presence in Asia Pacific, we are seeking a highly driven Regional Channel Sales Manager to strengthen our retail market penetration across Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. This is a strategic role for an individual who thrives in building partner ecosystems, influencing retail transformation, and delivering measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Development & Management
  • Identify, onboard, and grow key channel partners (distributors, resellers, and system integrators) in the retail segment across SEA & ANZ.
  • Develop joint go-to-market plans with partners to accelerate Elo's adoption in retail.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Market Penetration & Growth
  • Drive Elo's retail solutions into Tier 1 and Tier 2 retail accounts (e.g., fashion, F&B/QSR, supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores).
  • Develop strong market intelligence and identify new opportunities for Elo hardware and solutions.
  • Actively monitor competitor activities and position Elo as the preferred choice.
