Introduction:
The Sales Operations Specialist is a critical member of the sales team, responsible for driving operational efficiency and supporting revenue growth. Key responsibilities include data analysis, forecasting, sales pipeline management, and sales process optimization. This role will ensure that the sales team has the necessary tools and insights to achieve their targets effectively.
In this Role, you’ll get to:
The role will cover across different Commercial Teams including KA Sales, Client Success, and SMEs.
Act as liaison between various departments such as Product Solution, Product, Finance, Partnership, Supply Chain, Global Services, Legal, and Marketing.
Analyze and diagnose overseas commercial business processes based on the company's strategy and key business models, improve the business process system, and promote overall information construction.
Regularly monitor, evaluate, and analyze the efficiency and implementation of the process, promote the continuous optimization of the process, and ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the process.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, prepare sales materials, and communicate product information to customers.

What you'll Need to Succeed:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in process & information management, Internet process & information management, or consulting company process design and implementation experience is preferred.
Experience within a matrix organization, paired with a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related software to help day-to-day operations.
Willing to travel, if needed.
Fluent in English.
