In this Role, you’ll get to
Develop and manage relationships with influencers (KOLs and KOCs) in the Asia Region, ensuring long-term, stable partnerships with high-quality influencers.
Expand and manage overseas KOL resources, including signing contracts, content creation, review, and publication across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize strategies based on performance metrics.
Understand the operational mechanics of various overseas social media platforms.
Identify and leverage current social media trends to proactively plan and execute hot topic dissemination.
What you'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant fields.
Proficiency in English is required. Mandarin as a working language is highly preferred due to collaboration with global stakeholders in China.
Extroverted personality with strong communication and learning abilities.
Diligent, reliable, and able to handle pressure while embracing new challenges.
Familiarity with overseas promotion channels and collaboration methods; proficient negotiation skills and existing influencer resources are preferred.
Strong skills in creative writing, planning, and execution.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
