In this Role, you’ll get to
Design and implement marketing campaigns (e.g., platform-wide, seasonal, and destination specific campaigns) across various channels (email, social media, paid ads, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and cross-selling opportunities.
Analyze customer data, marketing performance, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and ensure continuous improvement. Leverage A/B testing, attribution models, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work closely with design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand, visually compelling, and aligned with the customer journey. Provide feedback on creative briefs and collaborate on messaging strategies.
Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI. Monitor spend across multiple channels and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future initiatives. Present data in a clear and actionable format.
Work with various internal stakeholders, including product teams, regional marketing managers, and business leaders, to align on campaign goals and timelines.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure Trip.com stays ahead of the curve in campaign innovation.
What you'll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in driving marketing campaigns, preferably within the E-Commerce field.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
