In this Role, you’ll get to:
Deeply understand client needs, leverage data for insights, design customized digital solutions and lead project execution for on-time, high-quality results.
Analyze clients and Trip.Biz data to identify hotel spend optimization opportunities.
Present project outcomes and recommendations convincingly to win client buy-in.
Collaborate with clients to craft procurement plans for cost savings and improved travel experience.
Lead hotel procurement projects execution for clients, driving cost savings and satisfaction.
Support sales in acquiring new and retaining existing clients.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with hotel suppliers.
Secure best-in-class hotel content within the assigned market.
Collaborate across departments (sales, account management, leisure travel team, etc.) to optimize results.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree and above, hospitality or tourism majors are preferred.
3 - 5 years working experience in travel industry, Online Travel Agencies or hotel chains background preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Detail-oriented and fast learning capacity, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders.
Can-do attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and any other related software to help with day-to-day operations.
