Desktop Support Engineer L2 Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer L2 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users.

  • Job Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in desktop/accessories skillset is also essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Required Skills:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient desktop/accessories skillset
  • Desirable Skills:
    • ITIL process knowledge

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working with Android phones and has knowledge of MDM. A plus would be having experience with UAT, Troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, Windows 10, Hardware, Outsourcing, Laptops, Interpersonal Skills, VDA, IT Operations, Tuning, Operating Systems, Windows, and ITIL.

This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to desktops and accessories. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
