Job Title: Desktop Technical Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Technical Specialist to join our organization. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other end-user devices.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktop computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Provide first-level support for business applications such as Bloomberg and internal trading applications.
  • Perform morning checks of applications and infrastructure systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams on project implementations, including testing, upgrades, migrations, and movements.
  • Ensure security and compliance in the end-user computing space.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems and products.
  • Knowledge of hardware and software inventory management.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
