Desktop Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for desktop systems both onsite and offsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and resolve issues related to desktop systems, hardware, and software.
  • Collaborate with the product team to enhance or troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in desktop support with knowledge of Windows Operating System and basic networking.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites and work alternate shift hours.
