A Day in the Life As the Group Product Manager for LID L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, you'll report to the LID Marketing Director and lead a team of one Product Manager. Based in Singapore with a regional scope, you will work closely with our distributor partner to drive growth in the Philippine market (2025‐2026). You'll collaborate with internal teams (zone, medical, supply chain, finance, commercial, management) and external partners (e‐commerce enablers, media agencies, platforms) to ensure seamless execution of marketing and medical activations. Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand the derma portfolio and penetrate white spaces in SEA. Brand Leadership: Lead O+O marketing activations for "patsumers" (patients + consumers), with medical at the core. Build the medical credibility of the brand in collaboration with the Head of Medical, ensuring alignment with brand DNA. Collaboration & Influence: Build strong relationships with distributor partners and cross‐functional teams to drive business objectives. Entrepreneurial Innovation: Identify opportunities, solve challenges, and implement creative solutions to position L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty as the market leader. We Are Looking For 5+ years of experience in a dermatological skincare brand (preferred). Expertise in omnichannel go‐to‐market strategies, with strong retail and e‐commerce expertise. Proven ability to deliver operational excellence while maintaining a strategic mindset. Experience in full‐funnel marketing, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on measurable results. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem‐solving approach to tackle new challenges.
