Senior Product Manager

ZALORA is on a mission to become the leading Fashion & Lifestyle destination for our customers within South-East Asia and we’re looking for somebody who understands what it takes to build delightful customer experiences in hard-to-copy and margin-enhancing ways to help us with that

We are looking to expand our Product team at Zalora and looking to hire for several customer experience product roles. As a Senior Product Manager in Zalora, you'll play a critical leadership role in a small but growing team of Product Managers rethinking how we provide additional value to our customers along the entire purchase lifecycle. You will help manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic initiatives.

**Here are our expectations for this role**:

- You’re able to lead the product strategy for your product area across all platforms and geographies-taking into account the ZALORA strategy and determining how you and your team's efforts can contribute towards it. Product Strategy for us is about team mission, goals, measures of success, and priorities
- You can own the entire product life-cycle from identifying an opportunity to ideation to prioritization and delivery - you can think strategically about the direction we’re heading, but also dive into the details of specifics within your product remit to ensure nothing is missed and requirements are covered.
- You can, along with your team, deliver great products to a high-quality and at pace through effective delivery management. We’re not a bunch of project managers, but delivering is key to realizing value and we put a lot of focus on ensuring we can deliver
- Able to take in qualitative and quantitative insights, and generate inferences and hypotheses to inform your strategy and/or direction, or to drive future experiments
- Keen and able to collaborate closely with and lead a cross-functional team where you’ll be working with Junior Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers from ideation through to launch whilst creating a sense of co-authorship and shared responsibility.
- Have a keen eye for slicing work into its smallest valuable increments to deliver value fast, and to constantly be looking to improve our user experience and not leave it to gather dust. We’re looking for someone that cares about building delightful experiences over time.
- Can build trusting and collaborative partnerships with colleagues from across the organization, ideating together, and taking on board their feedback, pairing that with customer insight and making decisions, and articulating next steps that’ll be in the best interest of ZALORA and our customers.
- Understand customer value, how it’s delivered, and can be an evangelist within the business for focusing on the customer. It might not happen every day, but you’re diligent in us getting towards that state
**Some additional requirements**:

- We are looking for experienced & senior Product Managers with rich and varied experience solving big consumer problems ideally within South-East Asia.
- Ideal, but not necessary, to have experience in eCommerce, especially if within South-East Asia.
- Need to be highly effective in a distributed team environment where most of our work is done digitally over video calls, digital whiteboards, and other collaborative software. Your team members are spread across the Asia region

This position can be located in either Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, or Vietnam. We will support relocation if required, however, we don’t expect anyone to relocate until it’s safe to do so.
