You will lead initiatives to recruit Platinum-level and above members, develop innovative membership programs, and organize events that enhance the overall member experience. Role and Responsibilities KPI - Membership Management - Engage, Delight, Retain Engage, Delight, Retain within existing membership Build member referrals within existing membership Drive sales streams across revenue/product buckets Initiate new benefits/products for current membership base Build, manage and upskill membership and ops team and budgets Manage all front-facing PCS membership benefits and all membership events across all locations Assist management in implementing business initiatives Monthly management reports – member engagement insights, recruitment and attrition rates, ROI on Partnerships KPI - Development - Support Recruitment Initiatives Drive new Platinum and above new membership sales Co-build recruitment strategies with team across all prospect opportunities Co-manage recruitment events in Clubhouse for optimal recruitment results Driving recruitment opportunities through current membership base Co-manage, co-curate and execute marketing and activation campaigns (automated and tactical) to achieve member recruitment and retention objectives.
