**Role Summary**:
The Membership Manager/Senior Executive works closely with the business development manager (BDM) to propose and implement membership development strategies (in collaboration with the Marketing Team and Council) with a focus to increase membership.

The Membership Manager/Senior Executive is responsible for a smooth membership administration, sends out invoices, reminders, and follows up on payments. The role also maintains an efficient membership administration, including encoding invoices and updating the database, analysing and reporting on the membership evolution and the state of the membership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support plans initiated by the BDM, Membership Committee and the Council;
- Oversee and maintain members’ information in the Membership Management System;
- Oversee and organize membership package for new members;
- Sending regular reminders and following-up with members on payment of their membership subscription fees;
- Dissemination of information or publicity of programmes to members;
- Generate membership reports and statistics;
- Support the administrative duties of the Office (procurement, correspondence, filing, records safekeeping; digitalization of records, etc)
- Handle day-to-day membership enquiries
- Ability to execute on marketing campaigns provided and collaborate with internal colleagues to enhance the member experience
- Expand the membership base of the company by bringing on new clients
- Identify potential customers and set strategies to align customers with our recommendations
- Confidently communicate membership services and programmes to prospects
- Meet monthly leads generation by managing our lead activation sources
- Utilise strong selling skills and understanding of customer needs to manage sales pipeline

**Job Requirement**:

- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Public Relations/Marketing Communications or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of working experience
- Prior experience in membership and managing database is preferred
- Prior experience in organizing events, managing and coordinating volunteers will be advantageous
- Meticulous and with good customer service mindset
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target driven

Possess good numeracy skills, IT proficiency in webs
