Membership Services Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**
As part of your role, you will report to the Deputy Head, Membership Services, and work with the Vice President, Membership and Board Appointment Services. Your role will also include working with the SID Executive Team, eco-system partners, and any other relevant committees or working groups as assigned by the CEO.
**Key Responsibilities**
You will support the membership team primarily in the following areas:
**1. Membership Administration**
- Implement membership acquisition, retention and engagement plans to grow and retain members
- Manage membership processing, enquiries and operations
- Work with IT to implement system enhancements and enhance work flows
- Review membership policies and processes
**2. Engagement**
- Organise membership networking events that will forge collaboration and add value to members
- Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes; take initiatives to implement improvement plans
- Manage, monitor and review programmes as well as initiate, execute and track KPIs of initiatives
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and strategies to continually improve event planning and management outcomes
- Maintain proper and accurate database records and documentation
**3. Telemarketing Operations**
- Conduct outbound calls to members for renewals
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective members to promote membership and services
- Setting of appointments with prospective members
**4. Secretariat Duties**
- Provide secretariat duties to SID Committees and/or Chapters including supporting the agenda and activities of the Committee and/or Chapter.
- Support SID in the strengthening of any internal functional processes
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence in engaging senior management (company directors level) and officers at all levels
- Minimum 3 years of experience in membership related organisations, professional bodies, trade associations or government sector agencies with some experience in coordinating events and/or programmes
- Well organised, meticulous and possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Possess initiative and collaborative mindset
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
