Membership Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Handles enquiries from members and the public pertaining to membership as well as other aspects of the Club.
2. Assists in organising Membership & Constitution Sub-Committee meeting on a monthly basis and prepares the relevant documents/reports.
3. Conduct regular reviews of department processes and ensure strict enforcement in daily operations.
4. Co-ordinates buying and selling of memberships via the Matching Services. Carries out the membership transactions.
5. Conducts Club tours for potential buyers and briefs the buyers on the Club’s matters.
6. Assists in organising Introduction Night for new members.
7. Assists in organising the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting, prepares documents, handles logistic and staff briefings.
8. Maintenance of Membership Database, prepares mailing list as well as filing.
11. Liaises with suppliers regarding membership inventories.
12. Assists in organising Disciplinary Sub-Committee Meeting. Compilation of documents, presentation of the case and coordinating the inquiry meeting and minutes taking.
13. Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or its equivalent, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of Database maintenance and Data mining.
- Problem solving skills to handle complaints.
- Knowledge of organizing and co-coordinating events.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to supervise and work with assigned staff.
- Ability to analyse and interpret membership data and market trend.
- Knowledge of golf rules, handicapping and golf operation will be an added advantage.
