Singapore Singapore Gymnastics Full time

It is an exciting time to join Singapore Gymnastics (SG). We are offering an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the team as we expand participation across the island, promoting gymnastics as the fundamental sport for everyone

**Responsibilities**

This executive level position will assist the team in the following areas:
**Membership**
- Manage and administrate the daily operation of SG membership
- Using SG’s online Membership portal to process new and renewed memberships
- Maintaining and updating of all membership forms
- Handling all membership enquiries (existing and new)
- Manage and prepare membership packs for all new and renewed memberships
- Manage and maintain the registering and updating of technical members records in the database
- Ensuring the link between SG Technical Membership and Coach SG NROC records

**Sport Development**
- Work with affiliated Clubs to support implementation of SG’s participation programmes
- Provide administrative support to facilitate all participation activities and programmes
- Track and report gymnastics participation growth within Singapore
- Provide support in administering the club development (quality assurance) programme

**Administration**
- Provide support on administering the Gymnastics Coach and Judge Education programmes
- Assist with the administration and planning of any SG workshops
- Administer sales and collections of SG national programmes and stock items
- Provide support in the delivery of international and national events
- Provide administrative support to the Community Development Manager and Pathway Participation Officer

Assist with any other general duties within the SG office as directed by the CEO or Supervisor.

**Requirements**:
Skills & Knowledge
- Polytechnic Diploma related to Sports Management or Sports Administration or other related disciplines such as Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Fluency & proficiency in spoken & written English
- Good time-management skills
- Demonstrate ability to plan, organise and deliver excellent work reliably, independently and in a team situation, with attention to detail
- IT savvy, efficient understanding of data bases and use of Microsoft Office especially excel.

Experience
- Preferably at least 2-years experience in sports management or administration
- Preferably good knowledge of sports infrastructure in Singapore
- Background in any gymnastics discipline will be an advantage
