**Position Requirement**:

- Identifiable, high order time management and organisational skills;
- Demonstrated record-keeping and administrative skills, particularly in a school setting;
- Consummate communication skills; capacity to articulate the focus of the position and that of the School to students, colleagues, parents and wider audiences;
- Evidence of team building and conflict resolution skills in complex environments;
- Ability to work after hours on weekdays and on some weekends where required;
- Demonstrable working knowledge of Google Suites, MS Outlook, Office, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to communicate effectively via a variety of means - especially electronic - within a large organization.

**What you need to have**:

- Diploma or Degree in Sports or related industry
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Sports, Events, CCAs or related industry
- Qualification and experience in coaching sports preferable but not essential
