**What the role is**
- Senior Executive (Sports Education Division) - 11.5mth temp contract

**What you will be working on**
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful appointee will be expected to support the Sports Education Division in the following areas: - Design and develop learning materials and assessment strategies in the area of Sports Science &/or Sports Education - Manage the implementation of PE lessons and related learning journeys, including administrative support and financial matters. - Design and develop programmes and initiatives to enhance athlete’s performance and experience. - Manage the implementation of sports science programmes and initiatives for CCA groups. - Assist in sports related research studies and projects such as through Major Projects, and in the area of data management - Manage CCA groups and be the liaison between students, coaches, schools and other key partners and stakeholders eg POL-ITE, IVP, MOE schools for talent recruitment - Supervise and develop students through mentoring - Assist in the hosting of POL-ITE games and chaperon teams for competitions. - Contribute to best practices and knowledge of business processes to improve programmes and services eg procurement of coaches and vendors services. - Contribute to department, poly-wide/school-wide events or activities - Able to work beyond office hours when required

**What we are looking for**
- JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Possess qualification in the area of Sports Science, Sports Coaching or Sports Management - Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience - Experience in competitive sports - Keen interest in student development work - Strong administrative skills - IT-savvy and proficient in MS Office, especially in MS EXCEL, data collection and analysis. - Excellent interpersonal, organization and communication (written and spoken) skills. - Creative, analytical, resourceful and result-oriented team player. - Physically fit and able to work beyond office hours.
