Administrator, Swim & Sports Join Singapore Swimming Club as an Administrator, Swim & Sports. Be among the first 25 applicants. We are looking for an Administrator to be at the heart of our Swim & Sports initiative. In this role, you will manage program schedules, coordinate meetings, and engage with members to ensure our programs run smoothly and deliver a great experience. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Swim & Sports team. Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and communications. Coordinate and manage program schedules and appointments for Swim & Sports activities. Prepare and distribute various communications, including memos, letters, and reports. Organise and document meetings, including recording minutes and following up on action items. Compile data for regular reports and maintain an efficient filing system. Conduct market research to stay current on the swim and sports industry in Singapore. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of events, including decorations, food & beverage, entertainment, and logistics. Work closely with the Marcom team to promote and publicise events effectively. Liaise with executives to handle requests and queries from Managers and Directors. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department and Management. Requirements Diploma qualification or equivalent Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in swimming and sports program administration Eager to learn and contribute to the swimming and sports community Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Experience with design tools like Canva and video editing software such as CapCut is a plus Why Join Us?At Singapore Swimming Club, this isn't just a job, it's a chance to be the heartbeat of the Club's social scene.
