Overview Join us in transforming how sales teams work. We are looking for a driven Assistant Manager, Sales ERP & Systems Projects to own and optimise our sales technologies, lead impactful system deployments, and deliver process improvements that supercharge sales productivity. You will be at the heart of integrating a new ERP system and shaping tools that empower our sales force to win in the market. Responsibilities Lead and optimise sales systems Manage and enhance existing sales enablement tools, collaborating with regional and global teams on high-impact projects. Ensure smooth project delivery by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Drive DMS and SFA excellence Oversee and optimise our Distributor Management System (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) to streamline distributor processes, boost order fulfillment efficiency, improve lead tracking, and elevate customer engagement. Maintain accurate datasets, resolve system issues with vendors, and implement enhancements that standardise and improve processes. Champion change management to ensure adoption and success across sales teams. Streamline contract management Oversee the Contract Management System (CMS), from contract lifecycle tracking to incentive calculations and credit note issuance. Validate sales contract documentation and ensure alignment with legal, finance, and sales requirements. Resolve discrepancies promptly to keep commercial operations seamless. Launch a new ERP system Support ERP system deployment, ensuring alignment with sales order processes. Collaborate with IT, finance, legal, and sales to troubleshoot and integrate ERP functionalities into daily operations. Provide hands-on ERP support to enable smooth adoption by the sales team. Qualifications Degree in IT, Business, or related field. 3–5 years in Sales Effectiveness, Sales Capability, or Sales Systems roles. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels. Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in dynamic environments. Analytical problem-solver who can turn data into actionable recommendations. ERP knowledge and prior deployment experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), and sales systems (DMS, Salesforce.com). Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin (spoken) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
