ERP & IT Support

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT personnel to support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) operations, assist in REST API integrations, and provide general IT support. This role offers hands-on experience with system administration, API development, troubleshooting, and technical support within a dynamic business environment. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to a wide range of IT systems and integration projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**ERP Support Responsibilities**:

- Assist in ERP system administration: managing user accounts, permissions, and access control.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and customisation of ERP modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with teams (Finance, Operations, Procurement) to gather requirements and provide ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and report generation within the ERP environment.
- Document ERP workflows, processes, and create user guides for end-users.
- Participate in ERP system testing, updates, and upgrades to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide end-user training and support for ERP-related queries.

**REST API Integration Responsibilities**:

- Support API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to identify integration requirements and ensure API security and performance standards are met.
- Monitor API performance and assist in optimizing integration processes to improve system efficiency.
- Ensure data consistency and error handling across integrated systems.

**General IT Support Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi connectivity, VPN issues, etc.) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist in monitoring IT systems and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Help manage IT inventory, tracking hardware and software assets.
- Assist with data backup processes and ensure proper data security protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement cybersecurity measures and maintain system integrity.
- Participate in IT projects and process improvement initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, troubleshooting, and IT support tools.
- Experience with SQL, data management, or reporting tools is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices is a plus.
