**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects (ERP & others) including planning, research, assessments, demonstrations, designing, delivery, integration, testing, quality management, and documentation, to ensure successful implementation of projects and activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leads and coordinates the definition, development, and documentation of the solution’s business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis. This includes solution development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, implementation, and testing.
- Contributes and manages programming projects from requirements definition through implementation and support, including possible areas for improvement & enhancement/modification in existing programs, and subsequently develops these modifications.
- Proper documentation of the entire project and process (from the requirement gathering process to blueprint and phase sign-off)
- Collaborates with the team in conceptualizing and developing new bundles and solutions.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Has great attention to detail.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing end-to-end IT-related projects.
- Embodies an executive presence and has the ability to present oneself confidently and

professionally.
- ERP Consultant Certification in NetSuite a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP development tools and coding languages is a plus.
- Communicates and expresses thoughts clearly is organized and systematic; exudes confidence in projecting ideas and has the presence of mind (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrates the ability to manage stakeholders, and engage and build a good relationship with individuals providing the most impact on their work.
- Upholds integrity in all dealings and projects.
- Accountable, yet works in collaboration and teamwork with others.
- Manages time well, able to balance multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Solve problems quickly and work independently.
- Ability to do independent work; commitment to excellence.

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**
- Graduate of any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management, Information technology,

Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related courses.

**PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience as an ERP consultant or similar role in a similar industry.
- Extensive knowledge of business processes, operational tasks or industry.
- Experience in Design thinking preferred.

**Additional Details**
- Salary Offer: 4000-5000SGD
- Full time
- Hybrid Setup

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
