**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee, configure, and execute ERP implementation projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage client deliverables, ensuring all project milestones are met accurately and on schedule.
- Provide expert consultation both remotely and onsite to address client needs effectively.
- Ensure thorough documentation of processes while adhering to project specifications and timelines.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy in design and development.
- Conduct training sessions, facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and stay informed about product updates to enhance team performance and knowledge sharing.

**Requirements**:

- A Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, Syspro, Infor, Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems.
- Strong expertise in ERP consulting, including leading client discussions and a solid understanding of domains such as Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Manufacturing.
- Prior experience in the Manufacturing and/or Production sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in clear and simple language.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation skills to clearly articulate processes and system configurations.
