**About the Role**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic **Junior Functional Consultant**to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with basic accounting knowledge who are eager to build a career in consulting. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in implementing and supporting ERP/financial systems.
- Work closely with senior consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Participate in system testing, documentation, and user training.
- Provide ongoing support to clients in resolving system-related queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new technologies.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
